Gegenüber der Vorauflage hat sich Folgendes geändert: Der Aufbau des Kommentars wurde komplett überarbeitet, der Kommentar enthält die Volltextnorm und wird um ein Stichwortverzeichnis und Musterprotokolle ergänzt. Besonderer Vorteil für Leser: Die Ausführungen der Norm werden durch praxisnahe Erläuterungen erklärt.
