Die Reinraumtechnik ist aus den Technikbereichen von Medizin, Labor und EDV nicht mehr wegzudenken. Dieses Normen-Handbuch stellt den Anwendern die derzeit wichtigsten Normen im Originaltext, verkleinert auf das Format A5, zur Verfügung. Hauptbestandteil ist die Grundlagennorm DIN EN ISO 14644 "Reinräume und zugehörige Reinraumbereiche" mit ihren bisher sieben Teilen: Klassifizierung der Luftreinheit // Überwachung zum Nachweis der Reinraumleistung bezüglich Luftreinheit anhand der Partikelkonzentration // Prüfverfahren // Planung, Ausführung und Erst-Inbetriebnahme // Betrieb // Terminologie // SD-Module // Klassifizierung der Luftreinheit anhand der Chemikalienkonzentration. Neu hinzugekommen sind Teil 9: Klassifizierung der partikulären Oberflächenreinheit und Teil 10: Klassifizierung der chemischen Oberflächenreinheit. Ergänzend geben die zwei Teile der DIN EN ISO 14698 Auskunft über die allgemeinen Grundlagen und die Auswertung und Interpretation von Biokontaminationsdaten (einschl. Ber 1:2010).
