Das Motto der 28. Hanseatischen Sanierungstage 2017 lautete "Erfolgreich sanieren - normativ oder sachverständig?" Die Tagung wird alljährlich vom Bundesverband Feuchte & Altbausanierung ausgerichtet. Das Spektrum ist breitgefächert: Es reicht vom beispielhaften Umgang mit Baumaßnahmen im Bestand und hier auch insbesondere unter denkmalpflegerischen Aspekten über die Möglichkeit und den Sinn eines Monitorings im Rahmen der Sanierungspraxis bis hin zum Holzschutz, der Entwicklung neuer Regelwerke, der Hohlraumdämmung von Mauerwerkskonstruktionen und neuen Aspekten hinsichtlich des Baurechts. Der Tagungsband stellt die im Rahmen der Veranstaltung gehaltenen Vorträge zur Verfügung.
