Der vorliegende Band beschreibt die Verwendung von 8D für eine nachhaltige Problemlösung. Nicht beschrieben ist hierbei ein allgemeiner Reklamationsprozess, welcher die 8D Methodik als Problemlösungswerkzeug enthält.
In Reklamationsprozessen werden in der Regel zeitliche Vorgaben für die Bearbeitung einer Reklamation und somit indirekt auch für die 8D Problemlösung gemacht. Es ist deshalb in der Reklamationsbearbeitung zu berücksichtigen, dass die Elemente der 8D Methodik unterschiedlich lange Bearbeitungszeiten haben können……..
…….Bei der Anwendung der 8D Methode darf eine angemessene nachhaltige Problemlösung nicht in Konflikt mit Zeitvorgaben kommen, die auf eine 8D Report-übergabe zielen.
