Vorwort
Das Themenfeld der Zuverlässigkeit wird durch drei VDA Bände abgedeckt.
Im Jahr 2016 wurde die 4., komplett überarbeitete Ausgabe des
Bandes 3 Teil 2 „Zuverlässigkeits-Methoden und -Hilfsmittel“ veröffentlicht.
Im Anschluss daran erschien Band 3 Teil 3 als Erstauflage „Case Studies
im Zuverlässigkeitsregelkreis“. Die letzte Auflage des Bandes 3 Teil 1 „Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement“
stammt aus dem Jahr 2000. Mit dem Erscheinen
der neuen Bände wurde es notwendig, die Inhalte des Bandes 3.1
anzupassen. Softwarezuverlässigkeit wird in keinem der Bände betrachtet.
Der Band 3.1 „Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement“ adressiert als übergeordnetes
Werk Unternehmensleitungen, Verantwortliche und deren Mitarbeiter in
allen Produkt- und Projektphasen, von der Entstehung eines Produktes bis
zu dessen Außerbetriebnahme.
