Description / Abstract: Specifies five methods of measurement. Methods A, B and C are applicable to agents derived by condensation with a lipophilic compound without oxypropylene groups. Methods D and E should be used only after agreement between the parties concerned. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (1975).
