1.1 This specification covers semidense mineral fiber siding (shingles, clapboards, and sheets) designed to provide the weather-exposed sidewall surfaces of buildings. These sidings are nailable with or without prepunched holes. 1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
