1.1 This specification covers the requirements for single wall and coextruded cellular core smooth-wall poly(vinyl chloride) conduit and fittings for underground communication and electrical power wire and cables. Plastics which does not meet the material requirements specified in Section 1.2 The values given in parentheses are for information only.
