Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 229-75 Čelní ozubené převody pro převodovky. Základní parametry jako čs. státní norma, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP nedoplňovala. Tato norma se vztahuje na čelní ozubené převody pro převodovky, s vnějším ozubením, tvořící samostatný celek a stanoví vzdálenosti os a jmenovitá převodová čísla. ČSN 03 1014 byla schválena 19.10.1976 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1979. Nahrazuje část III. ČSN 03 1002 z 22.10.1970
