Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 3269-81 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP doplňovala o jeden článek (tabulku) jmenovitých tepelných výkonů. Norma RVHP platí pro horkovodní kotle určené pro ohřev vody nad 115°C při přetlaku nad 0,17 MPa. Ve velmi stručné normě jsou normalizovány pouze jen typy kotlů a jmenovité parametry. ČSN 07 0021 byla schválena 6.9.1983 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.7.1984. I když je v normě uvedeno, že nahrazuje jen čl. 31 a přílohu 5 ON 07 0619, je v částce 5/1984 Věst. ÚNM, odstavci, jímž se vyhlašuje ČSN 07 0021 uvedeno, že ON 07 0619 se ruší celá
