Norma stanoví zásady výpočtu ukazatelů spolehlivosti (bezporuchovosti a pohotovosti) kompletních druhů železničních zabezpečovacích zařízení a jejich požadované hodnoty, metody ověřování ukazatelů spolehlivosti objektů a určování pohotovosti kompletních zařízení.
