Tato norma určuje požadavky a rozměry pro vícepárové kabely s PVC izolací a s pláštěm z PVC, které mají zvýšenou odolnost vůči šíření požáru podle EN 60332-1 a HD 605 S1, článek 4.1.1. Tyto kabely se používají v elektrárnách a jejich blízkosti a v jiných instalacích s podobnými hustotami kabeláže.
Tato norma zahrnuje:
- (i) Vícepárové (2 až 200 párů) kabely s měděnými jádry, společným stíněním a pancířem tvořeným jednou vrstvou ocelových drátů
