Norma stanoví přídavky na opracování řeziva a přířezů po prvotním dělení (nerovnoměrnost ploch nebo boků, drsnost povrchu, nepřesnost rozměrů v rozsahu dovolených mezních úchylek jmenovitých rozměrů), veličiny a číselné hodnoty veličin drsnosti povrchu výrobků ze dřeva (řeziva, dýh, dřevotřískových desek atd.), včetně drsnosti obrobených hran výrobků s dekorační vrstvou.
