Norma platí pro stanovení zrnitosti sypkých lisovacích hmot tvrditelných a jiných sypkých plastů proséváním za sucha. Podstata metody: Zkouška spočívá v prosévání sypkého materiálu přes řadu sít s danou velikostí. Postup při provádění normalizované zkoušky je podrobně popsán. I když jde o relativně nerizikový pracovní postup, přesto je v úvodní části připomenuto, že "při práci podle této normy je nutno dodržovat ustanovení ČSN 01 8003". ČSN 64 0213 byla schválena 5.4.1986 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.3.1987. Nahradila ČSN 64 0213 z 27.3.1956
