Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 3759-82 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP doplňovala o jeden obrázek. Norma RVHP se vztahuje na plasty s teplotou křehnutí pod 20 °C. Uvádí postup stanovení teploty křehnutí při ohybu konzolově upevněného zkušebního tělesa. Nevztahuje se na lehčené plasty. Podstata zkoušky i její provedení je podrobně popsáno. ČSN 64 0620 byla schválena 6.10.1983 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1985
