Norma platí pro výrobu, dodávání a zkoušení ševra a dalších obuvnických vrchových usní chromitých z kozin a kozlečin, upravených od lícové strany, s povrchovou úpravou podle čl.12. (tj. krycí pigmentová, transparentní a polotransparentní). Obsah oxidu chromitého je standardizován na 3,5 - 8,1 %, obsah vyluhovatelného chromu nesmí přesáhnout 100,00 µg.g-1.
