Tato evropská norma specifikuje metodu na stanovení obsahu vody v asfaltových emulzích azeotropní destilací. Voda obsažená v asfaltové emulzi se vydestiluje pomocí unášecí kapaliny s vodou nemísitelné. Po kondenzaci se voda oddělí v předloze. V revidovaném znění byly upřesněny definice používaných činidel a materiálů (regulátory destilace, vhodná unášecí kapalina). V postupu zkoušky bylo upřesněno množství unášecí kapaliny a v protokolu o zkoušce se zaznamenává její druh
