Tato norma specifikuje metodiku pro stanovení vitamínu B6 v potravinách. Metoda spočívá ve stanovení vitamínu B6 jako součtu pyridoxinu, pyridoxalu a pyridoxaminu v extraktu po kyselé hydrolýze a enzymatické defosforylaci a deglykosilaci metodou kapalinové chromatografie. Detekce je prováděna fluorimetricky.
