Tato norma je českou verzí evropské normy EN 1521:1996. Evropská norma EN 1521:1996 má status české technické normy. Tato evropská norma určuje postup pro stanovení ohybové (tahové) pevnosti mezerovitého betonu z pórovitého kameniva podle prEN 1520 (v ČR dosud nezavedena) na hranolovitých zkušebních tělesech odebraných z prefabrikovaných dílců.
