This European standard provides product category rules (PCR) for Type III environmental product declarations (EPD) for resilient, textile and laminate floor coverings.
This standard applies to the following types of floor coverings:

- - textile floor coverings, including loose-laid mats, rugs and runners;
- - laminate floor coverings;
- - modular floating floor coverings panels;
