Tato analytická metoda je použitelná pro stanovení HT-2 toxinu (HT2) ve zkoušeném rozsahu 22 µg/kg až 178 µg/kg, T-2 toxinu (T2) ve zkoušeném rozsahu 7 µg/kg až 50 µg/kg, deoxynivalenolu (DON) ve zkoušeném rozsahu 88 µg/kg až 559 µg/kg a zearalenonu (ZON) ve zkoušeném rozsahu 14 µg/kg až 430 µg/kg v obilovinách a krmných směsích na bázi obilovin. Skutečné pracovní rozsahy smí přesahovat zkoušené rozsahy.
