Norma je identická s EN 27627-6:1993. Stanoví metody na stanovení chromu při obsazích od 0,01% do 2% (m/m) metodou plamenové atomové absorbční spektrometrie. Normalizována je podstata zkoušky a její postup. Z hygienického hlediska je pozoruhodné ustanovení čl.4.5, kde se uvádí: "Nastavení AAS. Bezpečnostní opatření.
