Norma je identická s EN 310:1993. Určuje metody stanovení zdánlivého modulu pružnosti při statickém ohybu a pevnosti v ohybu u desek ze dřeva o jmenovité tloušťce rovné nebo větší než 3 mm. Poznámka: Hodnoty pro navrhování dřevěných konstrukcí musí být stanoveny podle metod uvedených v EN 789. Podstata zkoušky a její postup je podrobně popsán.
