Norma je identická s EN 319:1993. Stanoví metodu zjišťování pevnosti v tahu kolmo na rovinu desky třískových desek, vláknitých desek a cementotřískových desek. Podstata zkoušky: Pevnost v tahu kolmo na rovinu desky se stanoví při zatížení působícím na zkušební těleso do jeho porušení ve směru kolmém na rovinu tělesa, shodnou s rovinou desky. Pevnost v tahu kolmo na rovinu se určí z maximální síly působící na povrch zkušebního tělesa. ČSN EN 319 (49 0151) byla vydána v červnu 1994. Nahradila ČSN 49 0151 z 26.8.1983 a ČSN 49 0152 z 11.9.1980
