Tato norma obsahuje požadavky na samolepicí pásky vyrobené z polyesterové folie kombinované : - se skleněným vláknem - krepovaným celulózovým papírem - netkaným polyesterem - epoxidovým lepidlem. Materiály, které vyhovují této specifikaci, splňují stanovené provozní úrovně. Výběr materiálu uživatelem pro specifické použití by však měl být založen též na požadovaných provozních podmínkách a nikoliv na této specifikaci samotné.
