Stanoví požadavky na samoregenerační i nesamoregenerační kondenzátory trvale zatěžované střídavým proudem do 2,5 kvar s kapacitou nejméně 0,1 µF a je jmenovitým napětím do 1000 V, určené pro použití v obvodech výbojek, pracujících při 50 Hz nebo 60 Hz v nadmořských výškách do 3000 m.
