Tato norma specifikuje metody používané pro stanovení rezistivity, hustoty a činitele plnění ocelových tabulí a pásů. Tyto veličiny jsou nutné pro stanovení magnetických charakteristik materiálu. Hustota je navíc nutná pro určení hodnot magnetické polarizace, rezistivity a činitele plnění.
