Norma popisuje stanovení reziduí organofosforových pesticidů v krmivech. Metoda je založena na extrakci vzorku acetonem a pesticidy jsou vytřepány do dichlormethanu. Koncentrovaný extrakt je čištěn na koloně plněné silikagelem, deaktivovaným 10 % vody. Stanovení se provádí metodou plynové chromatografie s NP detektorem v P modu nebo hmotnostně selektivním detektorem.Metoda byla validována mezilaboratorními zkouškami pro 16 pesticidů. Limit stanovení je 0,01 _g/g. Výtěžnost metody pro stanovované pesticidy je mezi 70 až 110 %.
