  • - metoda A120 používající zatížení 10 N a rychlost zvyšování teploty 120 °C/h;
  • - metoda B120 používající zatížení 50 N a rychlost zvyšování teploty 120 °C/h.

Metody jsou vhodné pouze pro termoplasty. Uvedenými metodami se stanovuje teplota, při které začínají termoplasty rychle měknout
