Norma obsahuje ISO 4123:1979. Stanoví hlavní rozměry pružných kotoučů dopadových válečků a disků spodních válečků, užitých v různých typech pásových dopravníků. Platí pro pásové dopravníky stanovení ISO 1537, ISO 2109 a ISO 2406. Poměrně stručná norma je především zpracována tabelárně. ČSN ISO 4123 (26 1135) byla vydána v dubnu 1993. Touto normou se pro nově navrhované pásové dopravníky odpovídající ČSN ISO 1537 (26 1102), ČSN ISO 2109 (26 3213) a ČSN ISO 2406 (26 3211) nahrazují ČSN 26 1130 z 2.3.1982 a ČSN 26 1131 z 2.3.1982 v plném rozsahu
