IEC 62325-451-6:2018 specifies a UML package for the market information publication business process and its associated document contextual models, assembly models and XML schemas for use within the European-style electricity markets. This standard is based on the European-style market contextual model (IEC 62325-351). The relevant aggregate core components (ACCs) defined in IEC 62325-351 have been contextualised into aggregated business information entities (ABIEs) to satisfy the requirements of the European-style market publication business process. This new edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: Addition of a new model allowing to publish information about the transmission capacity allocation participants. Updates allowing to publish information about implicit transmission allocations on third countries borders, to publish outage related to consumption units and to publish information for resource object that can either consume or generate. LIEC 62325-451-6:2018 specifie un paquetage UML pour le processus metier de publication des informations de marche, ainsi que les modeles contextuels de documents, les modeles dassemblage et les schemas XML associes. Ces elements sont destines a etre utilises sur les marches de lelectricite de style europeen. La presente partie de lIEC 62325 sappuie sur un modele contextuel specifique, cest-a-dire le profil de marche de style europeen (IEC 62325-351). Les composants de base agreges (ACC) pertinents definis dans lIEC 62325-351 ont ete contextualises sous la forme dentites dinformation metier agregees (ABIE) afin de satisfaire aux exigences du processus metier de publication sur les marches de style europeen. Cette nouvelle edition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport a ledition precedente: Ajout dun nouveau modele pour la publication dinformations concernant les acteurs de lattribution de la capacite de transport. Mise a jour permettant la publication dinformations concernant les attributions implicites de transport aux frontieres des pays tiers, la publication de lindisponibilite liee aux unites de consommation, la publication dinformations concernant lobjet ressource pouvant consommer ou produire.
