IEC 63047:2018 specifies the format of binary list-mode data at the output of digital data acquisition devices used for the detection and measurement of radiation. Such data acquisition devices may employ digital signal processors (DSPs) and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) in combination with memory and a communication interface with a computer. This document is applicable to those data acquisition devices which are able to record and present interaction data of radiation in detectors on an event-per-event basis, with data stored in an output file or streamed to a remote computer. Such list-mode data typically contains timestamp and energy information, but may also contain digital signals or properties like rise time or sub-areas of signals computed by the DSP or FPGA from the signal samples. The contents of the corrigendum of April 2020 have been included in this copy. LIEC 63047:2018 specifie le format des donnees binaires en mode liste obtenues a la sortie des dispositifs dacquisition de donnees numeriques utilises pour detecter et mesurer les rayonnements. Ce type de dispositifs dacquisition de donnees peut utiliser des processeurs de signal numerique (DSP) et des reseaux de portes programmables sur site (FPGA) combines a une memoire et a une interface de communication avec un ordinateur. Le present document sapplique a ces dispositifs dacquisition de donnees qui sont en mesure denregistrer et de presenter les donnees dinteraction des rayonnements dans les detecteurs, evenement par evenement, les donnees etant stockees dans un fichier de sortie ou diffusees vers un ordinateur eloigne. Ce type de donnees en mode liste contient en general des informations relatives a lhorodatage et a lenergie, mais peut egalement contenir des signaux numeriques ou des proprietes comme le temps de montee ou les sous-zones de signaux calculees par le DSP ou le FPGA a partir des echantillons de signaux. Le contenu du corrigendum davril 2020 a ete pris en consideration dans cet exemplaire.
