Diese Norm gilt für kontinuierlich schmelztauchveredelte Flacherzeugnisse mit Überzügen aus Zink (Z), Zink-Eisen-Legierung (ZF), Zink-Aluminium-Legierung (ZA), Aluminium-Zink-Legierung (AZ) und Aluminium-Silicium-Legierung (AS) aus weichen und höherfesten Stählen für die Kaltumformung sowie aus Baustählen in Dicken von mindestens 0,20 mm bis maximal 6,50 mm, die als Blech, Breitband, längs geteiltes Breitband oder als aus längs geteiltem Breitband oder Blech hergestellte Stäbe geliefert werden. Sie gilt für Erzeugnisse nach EN 10292, EN 10326 und EN 10327 sowie für schmelztauchveredelte Erzeugnisse nach EN 10336. Diese Norm gilt nicht für warmgewalztes Blech und Band ohne Überzug (siehe EN 10051) und kaltgewalztes Blech oder Band ohne Überzug oder mit elektrolytisch abgeschiedenen Überzügen (siehe EN 10131).
