Zweck dieser Norm ist es, durch die Festlegung genormte Bezeichnung und Definitionen von für Prüfbescheinigungen in Frage kommenden Angaben und durch die Einführung von Kennnummern für jede derartige Bezeichnung zur Beseitigung von Verständnisschwierigkeiten im europäischen Handel beizutragen. Anmerkung: Diese Bezeichnungen dürfen auch in Lieferbescheinigungen verwendet werden.
