Dieser Teil von EN 10264 gilt nicht für Stahldrähte aus dem fertigen Seil. Dieser Teil von EN 10264 legt zu folgenden Punkten Anforderungen an kaltgezogenen Draht aus unlegiertem Stahl für Seile für allgemeine Verwendungszwecke fest: - Maßtoleranzen; - mechanische Eigenschaften; - Anforderungen an die chemische Zusammensetzung des Stahldrahts; - Anforderungen an Überzüge. Zusätzlich zu den Anforderungen dieses Teils von EN 10264 gelten auch die Anforderungen nach EN 10264-1.
