Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt für Tissuemaschinen, die zur Herstellung von weichen oder gekreppten Papiersorten bestimmt sind, und ist in Verbindung mit EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010 anzuwenden. Sie behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse für Tissuemaschinen, die bestimmungsgemäß und unter den vom Hersteller vorzusehenden Bedingungen verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4). Nicht behandelt werden druckbedingte Gefährdungen in dampfbeheizten Zylindern und Yankee-Zylindern.
