Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Querschneider einschließlich Abrollungen, Einrichtung zur Bogenstapelung, Antrieb und Steuerung, die zur Verwendung bei der Papierherausrüstung bestimmt sind, und ist in Verbindung mit EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010 anzuwenden werden. Anlagen zur Absaugung von Papierstaub und Randstreifen fallen nicht unter diese Norm. Sie behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die auf Querschneider zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und entsprechend den vorhersehbaren Bedingungen des Herstellers verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4). Diese Norm gilt nicht für: - Querschneider für Wellpappe (siehe EN 1010-5); - Querschneider für Folien (siehe EN 1010-1); - Querschneider mit Bogenanlegern (siehe EN 1010-1); - Planschneider (siehe EN 1010-3:2002). Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Querschneider, die hergestellt wurden, bevor CEN diese Europäische Norm veröffentlichte.
