Dieses Dokument legt das Referenzverfahren für die Typprüfung und in Streitfällen für die Bestimmung der Rohdichte von Füllern mit dem Pyknometer fest. Für andere Zwecke, insbesondere die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle, können andere Verfahren angewendet werden, falls eine geeignete Arbeitsbeziehung mit dem Referenzverfahren nachgewiesen wurde. Anhang A legt das Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Pyknometervolumens fest. Anhang B legt das Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Dichte der bei der Ermittlung der Rohdichte des Füllers benutzten Prüfflüssigkeit fest. Anhang A und Anhang B sind normativ.
