Die vorliegende Norm legt ein gravimetrisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Feuchtegehaltes von Düngemitteln durch Trocknung unter reduziertem Druck fest. Das Verfahren ist nicht anwendbar auf Düngemittel und Calcium-/Magnesium-Bodenverbesserungsmittel, die folgende Substanzen enthalten: Calciumhydroxid, Calciumsulfat, welches weniger als zwei Moleküle Kristallwasser je Molekül Calciumsulfat enthält, Salze, die bei Umgebungstemperatur leicht unter Kristallwasserverlust verwittern oder solche, die Wasser absorbieren (Trockenmittel).
