Diese Europäische Norm legt das Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Widerstandsfähigkeit bei Windlast von vollständig zusammengebauten Fenstern und Türen aller Werkstoffe unter Einwirkung von positiven und negativen Prüfdrücken fest. Das Prüfverfahren berücksichtigt die Nutzungsbedingungen von Fenstern und Türen, die in Übereinstimmung mit den Festlegungen des Herstellers und den Anforderungen der entsprechenden Europäischen Normen und Regelwerke der Baupraxis eingebaut werden. Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Fugen, die zwischen dem Fenster- bzw. Türrahmen und dem Baukörper liegen. Die Bewertung der Glasfestigkeit ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Europäischen Norm.
