Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Stahl-Schieber schwerer Ausführung mit geflanschtem Oberteil für Anwendungen in Erdölraffinerien und für ähnliche Zwecke fest, wo Korrosion, Erosion und andere Betriebsbedingungen vollen Durchgang, große Wandquerschnitte und große Spindeldurchmesser erfordern können. In diesem Dokument werden Anforderungen für Schieber mit folgenden Merkmalen festgelegt: - geflanschtes Oberteil; - außenliegendes Spindelgewinde und Bügelaufsatz; - steigende Spindeln; - nichtsteigende Handräder; - einteiliger oder zweiteiliger Abschlusskörper; - Keil- oder Parallelsitz; - metallische Sitzoberflächen; - Flanschanschluss oder Anschweißende. Es umfasst Schieber mit folgenden Nennweiten DN: - 25; 32; 40; 50; 65; 80; 100; 150; 200; 250; 300; 350; 400; 450; 500; 600; für die entsprechenden Rohr-Nennweiten NPS: - 1; 1Ľ; 1˝; 2; 2˝; 3; 4; 6; 8; 10; 12; 14; 16; 18; 20; 24; gilt für die entsprechenden Class-Werte: - 150; 300; 600; 900; 1 500; 2 500; und gilt für PN-Werte: - 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250 und 400.
