Dieses Dokument legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes an freier Feuchte in metallischen Strahlmitteln fest. Der Gehalt an freier Feuchte wird aus dem Masseverlust beim Erhitzen bestimmt. Dies ist ein Teil aus einer Reihe von Teilen von ISO 11125, welche die Probenahme und die Prüfung von metallischen Strahlmitteln behandelt. Die Strahlmitteltypen und Anforderungen an diese sind in den verschiedenen Teilen von ISO 11124 enthalten. Die Normenreihen ISO 11124 und ISO 11125 wurden als zusammengehöriger Satz von Internationalen Normen über metallische Strahlmittel ausgearbeitet. Angaben über alle Teile der beiden Normenreihen sind in Anhang A enthalten.
