Tato norma neplati pro: a) tepelna zarizeni, urcena pro spalovani horlavych plynu, ktera nejsou plynnymi palivy ve smyslu CSN 38 5502 b) pro konstrukci, vyrobu, zkouseni a provoz prumyslovych plynovych peci, pouzivanych v hutnickem, strojirenskem, chemickem, sklarskem a cihlarskem prumyslu.
