Tato norma urcuje metodu atomove absorpcni spektrometrie pro stanoveni oxidu chromiteho. Po rozpusteni vzorku v kyseline fluorovodikove a stineni fluoridu pridavkem kyseliny borite se odfiltruje nerozpusteny zbytek a rozlozi se dotavenim s metaboritanem lithnym. Vyluh taveniny se pripoji k puvodnimu filtratu a spojene roztoky se doplni na predepsany objem. Z takto ziskaneho zasobniku roztoku se odebere vhodny alikvotni podil a po pridani roztoku vapniku jako ionizacniho pufru a prislusnem zredeni se meri atomova absorpce chromu v plameni acetylen-vzduch pri vlnove delce 357,9 nm.
