Táto technická správa poskytuje návod na používanie postupov posudzovania zhody nevyhrievaných tlakových nádob uvedených v článku 1, § 2.1.1 smernice o tlakových zariadeniach (PED). PED požaduje, aby všetky tlakové zariadenia patriace do jej rozsahu mali ich návrh a výrobu posúdenú z hľadiska zhody v súlade so sériou postupov posudzovania zhody uvedených v článku 10 PED.
