time at borders.
A specimen advance consist message is proposed containing the details needed by the recipient railway to forward the train onwards.
The leaflet also contains instructions for use of the advance consist message in preparing RIC inter-railway settlements.

Ziel ist es, die Haltezeiten an den Grenzen zu verringern. Es beinhaltet ein Muster für eine Vormeldung mit den Daten, die die übernehmende Bahn für die Weiterbeförderung des Zuges benötigt. Das Merkblatt enthält außerdem Angaben zur Verwendung der Vormeldung bei der Erstellung der RIC-Abrechnung.
