1.1 This test method covers the determination of oxygen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.01 % to 0.5 % and the determination of nitrogen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.003 % to 0.11 %. 1.2 This standard does not
