Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 620-77 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP nedoplňovala. Norma RVHP platí pro hydrostatické mechanismy Jednotného systému hydrauliky všeobecného strojírenství a stanoví všeobecné požadavky na teplotu okolního prostředí, teplotu kapaliny, kinematické viskozity a jmenovitou hodnotu čištění kapaliny. ČSN 11 9006 byla schválena 2.3.1978 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1980
