Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 3061-81 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP doplňuje o jeden článek. Norma RVHP platí pro posouvačové rozvaděče na jmenovitý výkon do 32 MPa, určené pro hydrostatické mechanismy pracující s minerálními oleji anebo s jinými kapalinami podobných vlastností. ČSN 11 9129 byla schválena 24.9.1982 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1984. Nahradila ČSN 11 9305 z r.1972
