Norma stanoví metodu zjišťování borcení desek. Platí pro laťovky a dřevotřískové desky povrchově neupravené i upravené šířky 16 mm a víc, a překližky šířky 12 mm a víc. Podstata metody: Stanovení borcení desek spočívá v zjištění odchylky povrchu desky a roviny. Odchylka se měří v kolmém směru na proměřovací rovinu, a to uprostřed délky i šířky desky. ČSN 49 0148 byla vydána v dubnu 1993
